Step-down drug question

I am doing another stepdown from 12 mg oxys to Atasol-30 With 325 acetominophin 30 codeine and 30 caffeine, he was supposed to give me the ones without caffeine or acetominophin and i know they are not called tylenal 3s they just contain 30 mg codeine, does anyone remember the name of them?

I am assuming you are in Canada or somewhere as this is not a popukar drug in the US.  I do believe this drug contains codeine and tyleonl..Look at the label and the tylenol content.  Codeine is a much weaker narcotic than hydro or oxy...many who can get codeine OTC in other countries end up with liver failure.  Tylenol/acetominophem/ is usually added in large amounts to discourage abuse.  Un fortunately many do not know about the toic effect of tylenol on the liver.  4000 mgs of tylenol is the max dose reciommended daily
So in reality it is a step down narcotic from oxy or hydro, but be safe.
