Still clean and I've beat my personal best...

Can you believe it forum people?  I'm still clean!  So far, so good.  Still talking one day at a time.  Yesterday I beat my personal best in clean days and here I am still going like the energizer bunny!  I'm so proud of me (if I can say so myself).  To all those beginning today - keep going.  If I can do this - you can do this!  I've tried and failed like 200 times (ok maybe not that many) but here I am clean today!

It is so exciting when we start to recover and beat our clean time. Just like you I failed so many times in the past and realized that I had to make some changes to STAY clean and so far it's working. Just never let your guard down, addiction is so sneaky.

Congrats on your clean time and you too jaybird, it's baby steps at first, but it gets so much better with time. Keep posting and keep that positive attitude you have now, it can really help.
