Still pushing forward

I'm on day 19, how come when I say it, it seems like nothing??? I've worked so hard and feel like it has been a long time but when I look at the number 19, it's like..... that's hardly anything. I don't know, maybe its just my mind playing tricks on me. Anyhow, I just wanted to say thank you everyone, for your support. It's getting easer and easier every day and I owe it all to whoever gave a sh** about me since day one.

It's actually getting easier as days go bye, for the first time in years, i even had enough motivation to lift weights and jog!!!! The craziest thing about it is... my body is sooooo sore, lol and I don't even want any pain pills to take the pain away!!! Crazy right???? I just hope that it keeps getting easier. Oh and nelly..... you're doing great!! Keep it up, it gets easier!!!

please don't say 19 days is nothing, i'm 6 days without painkillers and i'm so proud of myself. couldn't have done it without people like you though. 1 day is impossible for most, we're past that 1 day, we can do this. 19 is amazing. i don't know you but i m proud of you.

jason, im a 25 year cocaine addict. i have been clean a few years here and there, but pretty muched just substituted with alcohol. im almost 6 weeks clean, and to me that aint ****. i never start to feel better till i make at least 3 months, and usually end up relapsing b4 i hit the year mark. but people like confused and medic have really helped me , and i hope to make that life long clean i been searching for. even you have helped, i have followed your progress, and when others do well with their fight, it makes me that much stronger!! be proud of 19 days clean, and thank God its not 19 years of hard abuse. you got this, keep ya chin up, n much love.....

Hey, thanks. I've read alot of your posts and some of them have really helped me out alot. It puts perspective in my head and helps me to find ways around the cravings and also some have helped me to understand what I am going through instead of just struggling through it. It has also given me ideas that have made it a little easer on me. So thanks.... Much love back at ya.
