I was addicted to many opiates for years. I had tried to stop many times. But the day I decided to stop , thank God no doctor was there encouraging me to use opiates such as sub to extend my seriously painful addiction. I found medhelp addiction forum and stayed nearly 24 hours a day for the first 4 days. We had all sorts of healthy amino acid recipes and tons of support on here , then. I haven't been on for a long time. But I want to say that boyfriend that got off his treatment changed intents interest to sex after recovery and was lots of fun ")
Suboxone can be abused. I have been doing so for 2 years now. And you don't have to inject it in order to abuse it. I'm not saying it is right. I am addicted, and just trying to help. Whoever says that it cannot be abused is dead wrong.
That was a artical from medical health. I am not confusing anything
dont worry , she has her facts wring...suboxone CANNOT be abused...NALOXONE.
she is talking about subutex, which is buprenorphine without the naloxone in it...
YOUR OK HUN...keep on keeping on...no worries...people need to learn the difference between the 2...
HUGE DIFFERENCE!!!
it sucks that people are abusing this drug! this drug has made such a wonerful difference in my life, I would be so lost without it and my dr's! This drug is do time for me so i can start living, stop going through life stoned! Teach
Subutex CAN be crushed and injected. Doing the same with Suboxone will either make you sick as a dog because of the added naloxone...or have you feel nothing at all. Every drug available can and will be abused. Just how our minds work.
and when they crush it and inject it...they will never do it again...it will activate the naloxone in it and make them soooo sick...
QUOTE:
"The naloxone in SUBOXONE is there to discourage people from dissolving the tablet and injecting it. When SUBOXONE is placed under the tongue, as directed, very little naloxone reaches the bloodstream, so what the patient feels are the effects of the buprenorphine. However, if naloxone is injected, it can cause a person dependent on a full opioid agonist to quickly go into withdrawal."
they may try it once...but they wont ever do it again...they will get nothing but severely sick...and the naloxone over rides ANY euphoric effect they think they may be getting...
