Exercise helps so much even if it's just a short walk or jog around the block at first. I would start asap so you can get a jump start on it for when you come off the sub. How long do you plan on staying on the sub? Some do a quick 1 to 2 week stint of it while others use it for years. From what I have read from others, you should try and use it in the shortest amount of time as possible. It is your choice so do what you have to do to get off of your doc. Just hang in there my friend and congrats on wanting sobriety!
