We cannot give you specific tapering recommendations, but we can give you some general info.
The key to a successful sub taper is slow and gradual. When a person gets to lower doses (2mg or less), the dosage reductions will become more uncomfortable, with more marked w/d symptoms. The reductions up that point are usually much morretolerable. When a person gets to the lower doses, THAT is the point when it is especially important to ensure that the reductions aren't severe, and that there is at least a 2 week stabilization period in between reductions, more if needed.
Please discuss this with your sub doc and formulate a plan. If at any time you're struggling, your taper may need to be scaled back a bit or slowed down. Keep the lines of communication open with your doc.
Have you talked to your sub doctor about this? What do they suggest?

Welcome to the forum! The link above is from our Health Pages here on MedHelp. You will read a VERY WIDE variety of experiences there.
There are many other Health Pages to read that may benefit you; the one I like the most FAQS about Subutex/Suboxone Part I has been "disabled for some reason"....but you may find lots of health pages as well as other posts from others and can "take what you like.....and leave the rest". The Health Pages are at the very bottom of this page. Also, to read other forum members posts about sub experiences/weaning/etc. you can just do a search and that may give you even more ideas.
Wishing you well......lots of folks have successfully made it off subs....so YOU CAN TOO.....blessings to you~
