You have to ask yourself "what do I want to do?"
If the answer is to get right, then I agree with weaver. The fact that you are overusing the prescribed amount is a big red flag. You've been on them a very short time and I doubt you've had time to work on the issues that are causing the use/abuse. The idea with sub treatment is to gain a balance to where your life is manageable and THEN AND ONLY THEN began a very slow taper. Notifying the sub doc will probably result in an increased dose and I doubt that is what you need. Suffering for a few days might be a good motivator to try and get it right. You wont die but you will definitely find out that you don't want to do that again.
I would do the math to stretch it, then take it as prescribed. The anxiety at that high Of a dose will be intense. You won't sleep, eat, or be able to concentrate. You really need to get on track, if you abuse subs, there's nothing to switch to help you get clean. Are you trying to get sober? Does your sub doctor offer counseling and require meetings?
