I'm having a hard time finding the zinc, phos, mag and copper supplement all together. Anyone have any suggestions on where to buy it? I've checked at the big name brand vitamin store (didn't know if I could post  the name) and they have mag, zinc and copper together but nothing that has all 4.

Help would be appreciated, my quit date is approaching fast and this is the last thing I need of the supplies.

Hi well walmrt has a 3 in 1 calcium/magnesium/zinc for 6 bucks take 4   in the morning and 4 with dinner in a few days it will help with the withdrawal...........Gnarly..............

Hi! The CALM is sold at the Heath store..I have been buying this one for Years because it has Magnesium in it. It is a Anti-Stress drink. Also I do get my Vit in a Liquid and my Minerals in a Liquid..It is all plant based which is a lot better. Also you can go to the Health store and get all the Amino Acids in one. Some bottles say Protein on the front and some say Complete Amino..This way you will be getting all of them A-V in ONE..Then you can pick some up separate for more Energy..I also buy the C, Bs and Electrolytes in the little powder packets and add to water. You will find by experiencing which ones you want to help with energy and which ones to help relax you..You should be able to find the Magnesium in many forms..I get mine in the Calm and also some thing called Relaxa-Meg plus the Oil too..Then you can get the Potassium..I would also like you to know that the Healthier you eat, like Lean Protein, Fruits, Veg and Complex Carbs the better you will be on Balancing back the Brain/Body..Staying away from Caffeine, Sugars and Simple Carbs is a great thing for you Mentally and Physically..

Another lotion that is amazing for aches and pains is Two Old Goats, you can get it from Amazon as well. I'm always Leary of lotions for aches and stuff like that but this is like magic in a bottle. I've just ordered a brand new bottle so that I have plenty when I start my detox.

My demon is norco. 10/325mg. I take anywhere from 6 to 12 a day. I just wasn't clear about the potassium since there is bicarbonate, citrate, chloride,, etc. The mineral supplement I bought has some postassium in it but just a little. I'm in the process of ordering everything else today, I went ahead and ordered some GABA and Valerian Root  too.

Merri123, I not familiar with CALM, is that something I should pick up as well?  I want to get everything I need now so that I'm well prepared and there's no excuses. I've taken off of work. Going to stay with a friend in the middle of no where, where there is plenty off room for walks and runs. I have the support
I need, the time off and just need to tie up these loose ends.

You can get everything from Amazon too. They ship very quickly as well. I got Vit c crystals and CALM there. Along with the emu cream that helps at times for aches.

The RDA just means the recommended daily allowance, how much u can take per day. The potassium bicarbonate and the gaba 750, yes, I liked it for helping to heal my neurotransmitters! I'm not sure what your coming off of so depending on that determines how long it usually takes. Once the physical part starts to subside there is a mental w/d that I find the gaba helps! In fact, u should probably start taking these vitamins before u start this so there somewhat built up in your system.

On the potassium, should I get citrate, bicarbonate, or chloride? And do you know what the 100% RDA is? I'm not sure if it's 20meq or more. Trying to finish up ordering a few more things and I'll be set to go! I've read a lot of people have used the GABA, did you like that? I have it on my list.

Hey...I am not quite sure that there is a supplement with everything in one? I took the magnesium, calcium, potassium, etc, seperately myself. Now the l-tyrosine and gaba 750 and premium multivitamin I found at.GNC.  I also had bought vit c crystals (which is what the emergen-c)...
