Thank you I know it's really just an excuse for me to take something and the fact that they were there if they wern't I wouldn't have ever gone looking for them...I don't even think I needed them I know it didn't, but like you said whats done is done and I will see how it goes next week. I have high hopes, because my b/f that is right beside me doing this will be gone for four days (he's the one that brought them in the house) and maybe for good!

I know it's not a lecture and i'll always be honest why lie wheres that going to get me and then when I look for help people will "look" at me dumbfounded...

OK...That's a shame..if you just would have gotten thru the Sub. Oh well, that's the past. All I can say is finish the vic's and start over. If you have only used them for two days, three as of tomorrow..then the w/d's should not be too too bad.

But hun, you have to make a commitment to get clean and stay clean. It is not just about tapering, and stopping using. I would hate to see you keep going back because things are not good in your life. You will just keep going around on the merry-go-round.

Getting clean and staying clean is about learning to live life on life's terms. You are going to run into all sorts of things. If you have the tools to handle it, you won't have to keep picking up everytime something goes wrong.

I am sorry if this sounds like a lecture. It is not. It just upsets me when I see someone beat themselves up when they don't have to.

I hope you keep posting..and keep being honest. You will get thru this.

Sory, I see where you "took 3", so I guess you are tapering. It may take you a little longer than if going c/t. Your body is getting adjusted to the lower doses. Just hang in ther hun. How long before you are done with your taper?

I am sorry you are still having problems. Are you tapering or did you go c/t? (I forgot, sorry).
