Symptons

Just curious if anybody has had any side affects with Tyn #1 withdrawl......other than leg pains .I have been expereincing nausea and then i experience a tingling sensation in my head almost like the starting of a migrane....and severe anxiety attacks.....I was on about 30-40 of them 6 yrs ago and weined myself to about 15 in the last year this week I had enough so know im on 6 a day and everyday weining one off....I can't go cold turkey.....but if makes me wonder if for me the symptoms are more from the caffeine in the tynelol than the codeine...I don't consume any other type of caffeine other than these. I never thought there was anyone other than me abusing Tyn #1 or I never wanted to think it,,,,,Also I have experience a spike in my blood pressure which was always high but since I have started to go off them it has gone through the roof....but wondering if thats more from the anxiety and depression...you don't realize that something as simple as a pain reliever can leave you feeling so utterly alone.

I am on day 10 and my blood pressure has been really high as well and my pulse has been steady at like 140 beats per minute.  The doctor told me that it was normal and part of the w/d.  She said that the high bp causes you to have bad headaches.  Also, lack of caffeine when you are used to it can cause you to actually have w/d symptoms ie. headaches, nausea, maybe even anxiety.  I am sure the anxiety and depression is from weening off the meds.  You will start to feel better soon though.  Maybe you could try eating lots of fruit with natural sugar in it.  It might help your headaches a little....just a though.  Hang in there...much love

Thanks for the response....I guess it scares me with the spike in blood pressure..my doctor just put me on BP medication yesterday....but I overreact and think i am having a stroke or hemmorage...guess thats the  anxiety attacks....I have a younger brother that was addicted to crack for 15 yrs and nobody knew he has been clean and sober for 6 months and I am so proud of him and i figured if he can do it so can I. I mean he had a cocaine habit and came out of it unharmed so i am sure that Tyn#1 habit should be a walk in the park and I guess the headaches and nausea and depression are only a sign of what a real idiot I have been

It could be from either. I will tell you in February I was in the hospital for almost a week with a gall stones they would not let me eat or drink for two days I had the most massive headaches I have ever had. I was on IV pain meds for the gall stones it did even touch this headache .I have often wondered whether it was from lack of caffeine .I have always drank a lot and went from lots to nothing so you may be right it may be the caffeine in the pills making it worse .It will get better . Give it a few weeks and you will wish you had done this along time ago.
