Criminal..you to hun..thanks so much for your support. You have also been a HUGE rock for me the past few days! I hope you are doing well too.

JT-MX, creek, matine, rsd_al, nefesh..EVERYONE. I would not be here or as hopefull if it weren't for everyone here supporting me all the way! On top of everything else I have a plight with my youngest sons's father as well this past week and his new wife. What a ****H. ANyhow..he owes my son and I 7500.00 in back support. Well new wifey would like me to settle for 2500.00 and call it even! I said yeah that sounds like a plan to me! NOT!
He has never done much of anything for our son, and now the past 6 months all a sudden he has been asking for him more, etc. Well I KNEW there was a reason! And not one that is beneficial to our son. Now all I am hearing is how they pick him up MORE than regularily, they support him while he is there, etc etc. I said to HER..well..hmm...seems to me we are speaking of BACK support. This is money that dink owes for years of not paying, while I sat alone on my own. She knows nopthing of the history of this loser. He has..get this..2 Harleys, a brand new Dodge truck, 3 snow mobiles, a boat..etc. BUT we can't pay support. How did he get these luxory items? The women he has been with.

He lives off of a woman. This one knew full well of every thing this loser is about and yet married him after only 2 months. Now, go figure..she had an inheritence coming, which she now gets this month. KNOW wonder he married her!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I told her pretty much where to stick that 2500.00 offer. The mood I been in with everything else going on, she is the last person I need to be dealing with right now. She is a nutcase, and seems to think she is MOM to my son. So anyhow to make a long story shirt..I wanted nothing but to pop 2 of them babies in my mouth last night. But I didnt. A week ago? I would have no doubt in my mind.

So to all my friends here, again thank you so much for standing behind me during what seems to be one of the worst things I have been through. Once this is over, I hope and pray it is nothing but smooth sailing, and happiness from there on out. I wish the exact same for each and every one of you as well!!
I am running out of breath Losa! LOL. Just a lil humor for all of us.
Anyhow..just got back from son's dentist apt. Have to make his some breakfast,as the novacaine has just worn off then take him to school. I had to pop in and say hello to my new family first! :)

By the way I forgot also..I did tell wifey too that this is all stuff he as a father should be able to rpivide anyhow while our son visits. The roof over his head, food, etc, etc.

Are they both as dumb as the other??????????????? Man. I have a long history with that leach...I am sorry but I am so raged with him. I get it everytime I deal with him. And her, trying to tell me what they think is fair as a settlement. She said well he said that he will pay off his harley then if you do not want to settle for 2500.00. I said well then he can knock himself out with that one. But remember this: He will NEVER see a tax return, he will never be able to purcahse anything w/o a child support lein, and the interest will keep building. Then I said..hmm..seems to me that is not hurting us any! Good day to you. I said to her.

I think your my new hero!  I love your answers to "Her", the offer and then saying he would pay off the harley if you didn't want it...that would have pissed me off to no end.  The are getting really strict about child support where I live, my son's uncles spend more time in jail then out on the streets because of child support.  My son is in jail right now, one of the reasons is child support and guess what.....I don't care!  I went through all of that stuff with his dad who paid $30.00 a week.  Heck I'd have to save up 4 weeks to buy the kid the shoes he wanted. lol   Yep, I know it..you are my new hero.

lol..thanks. I know..he got off for years and I never gave up harping on child support to do something. FInally they found him in contemp..with the stipulation as long as he was good for a year and paid they would dismiss the contemp. But anytime missed within that year was jail. He missed once, his bail was 650.00, which came to me! HAH!

Anyhow..yeah he is something else and so is that thing he is married to. She never received a penny from her son's father apparently. And seems to think that the fact My son's father sees him, I should be joyful for that as she wasn't that lucky with her child and his father. Not my problem as I bluntly told her as well.

Amazes me how people can think so ignorantly.

you too have helped me out alot and i thank you for all your advice. and you are right about the child support..like you said its BACK SUPPORT and the court will see it that way too if you take it that far. i hope it works out for you..

I have a FATHER (envision my fingers doing those lil quote things in sarcasm) story, too. I divorced in 1995, my daughter was 5yrs old. He didn't pay a thing for 3 years!! But, I took care of my baby. Ok, so I cheated on him, I'm over it. He was always out with his buddies, and I always told him, "You aren't the ONLY man with a ***k!" Still, didn't phase him, he kept playing with his friends staying out all night, and I was at home with a newborn. F**K THAT, I am way too young, and way too sexy to be sitting here rotting away for you. Good for nothing! So, his reason for not paying was because I was unfaithful. Well, I'm sure you ALL know what the judge told him. PAY UP BUDDY!! He came to get her every once in a while til it dwindled down to nothing. Now, she is almost 17 and struggling with getting her relationship back with her FATHER.
Moral of the story...don't give up anything!! YOU have placement of the children, YOU deserve to be paid, and he is a DEADBEAT! If SHE was ANY type of woman, she would see that in him and leave.
