Testing Errors

I have been testing for marijuana use, twice a week, for the last 7 weeks. My levels have been going steadily down except for the last two weekends spent at a friend's house. Some people there smoke pot. Is it possible for my levels to rise after spending time ( 2 days ) there? I have recently started an exercise regime and am starting to lose weight. I also take motrin for a knee injury. Has anyone else experienced this? How can I convince my parole office that I have not been using? I feel devastated, for the first time ( in a long time ) I'm telling the truth and no one believes me.  HELP!!!!

I have a question..I have been reading all the post's about oxycontin and DEA..are you saying that all scripts of oxycontin are recorded this way..also..is it possible for this board to be monitored by someone..then able to 'trace' back to who we are and where we are??? Iam reluctant to say much because of this possibilty...

Well, these types of boards are read by people all over the world, and the US.  But, you have to remember this is an addiction medical forum, therefore, that is what is SUPPOSED to be talked about.  Yes they can trace your IP address if they have a court ordered warrant issued to the people (doctors) who run this site.  This forum is probably run on a Default Gateway therefore, it would be very very hard to get behing their firewall and see who you are.  Remember it's the DEA, they can do anything they want, the only matter is, is it legal or illegal.  There are some very intellectual people out here, but I wouldn't be worried about anything.  They really can't come on here and ask you for drugs, or anything of the such.  It's called entrapment.  For your other question, yes srcipts are monitored, via the DEA.  But not to the extent you think they would be.  There is a data base the DEA can use to tell what, how many, when and why your doctor prescribed you something.  Don't be scured though, we all on here are paranoid, hehe.  Take it light.

The state in which I live is having a major scare of oxycontin problems with "special" meetings being held,DEA having conferences with pharamacists,dr.s,hospital staff etc...Also many highly publisized busts. This makes those of us with REAL pain issues and LEGAL scripts rather nervous!!! It's hard enough to worry about whether your dr. will make appt or anything that might disrupt script being given. I've even been told of having to show how many you have left, and other such proof of honesty policy they  may have. Is there aNYONE OUT THERE THAT KNOWSjust what IS legal as far as information that is given out on us?I have a legal script and major pain problem ( car accident, broken neck 3 major neck surguries, cancer, pancreatitis, kidney problems and on and on ) but I stll feel like a criminal!! Who decides what amount is o.k. to give? Because I know I have a high dosage to most but I've also had 20 years to develop a tolerence!!!! Any info would help! This is also an area that is fighting tooth and nail to let a methadone clinic in!! How ignorance disgusts me!!! LYNN_are you o.k?
