Thank you so much for taking the time to post the vitamins and aminos for me today.  I went and got everything you had listed, minus of course the DLPA since I take Paxil.  It was all less than 50 bucks, which was great.  I started taking them right away and I will let you know how I feel.  How long before you noticed that they were helping you?  I am sorry to be a pain, but I just so want to feel better.  Thank you again.

Absolutely. The way I look at it is.. Why have all the stuff stuck in my head from reading and researching if I can't share it.. Telling others is really why I do it.. That and I am always curious to see if this stuff really works. It was one of the reasons I did the Sub detox. Curiousity..same with the amino acid therapy.. Wanted to see if it helped.. and if it did, would it help others??   I thank you for giving something a chance to help you change your life and how you feel.. Most people would be running to a doc for some psych med or to get on Sub cause they think its a "miracle" drug that will keep them clean..  Sub doesn't keep you clean, neither does methodone, even AA/NA won't keep you clean.. doing the actual work on yourself is what gets you to stay clean. I felt better within the week... little things at first.. actually others will probably notice b4 you will... my boss noticed within 4-5 days that something was different and that I just seemed better overall..
