You guys really helped me while I was completely freaking out and feeling the worst I've ever felt.  Thank you a thousand times.  I hope I can return the blessing and will try to.

I am at 40mg methadone daily now, and using depakote, 125mg tid, to manage anxiety/moodiness.  I'm definitely taking a breather and going to float a couple of weeks. Today is the first day I feel like I don't have to dread tomorrow's pain.  I'm totally amazed by the information in sadinmichigan's journal about methadone detox and am investigating.  My father-in-law actually lives where this doctor is located, so we could manage to get me to his hospital if we decided that was the best way to go.

I' m so glad you read her journal entry.Understanding everything thats going on with your mind and body just seems to make it easier,at least it did for me.You hang in there and as always you can pm me anytime......Peace..Kim
