Just saw on a news channel that prescription bottles of Ambien, Lunesta, Xanax, Valium, and Ativan were all found in his room with a rolled up dollar bill.  I have taken all of those, but never at one time.  Once the pill habit starts....That could have been a lot of us.  So sad.

They did report the rolled bill had no traces of illegal drugs.

It will take up to 2 weeks to get the Toxicology results for them to know how much and what he had taken.    

His death was part of my wake up call yesterday.  Yes, my norco was legal from my pain doctor, but that doesn't mean it's not going to be the end of me.

10 minutes until the 24 hour mark for me and then Day 2 begins. I'm checking this board every time I panic.  It works.

I'm just thinking to myself that I used to take a few vics during the day, snort a lot of coke during the afternoon after work and came down with a couple of Klonipin (klonopin) and an Ambien at bed, anantihistamine for good measure.  Christ, no wonder I barely ever made it to work on time and almost fell asleep at the wheel every damn morning.  And I was on Zoloft as well.  Damn I'm lucky and I know it.  I'm off the coke for a year now, cut down the Klonipin (klonopin), no Ambien, and am on day 3 of Norco w/d and don't feel half bad.  Dr. prescribed Clonidine for w/d, but I don't think I'll need it.  Now the next step is the Klonipin (klonopin).  I never even thought about it while I did it all.  I thought I was invincible.  Now I see how lucky I am.
