The Suboxone Surprize

The Suboxone Surprize

I took the sub to get off opana(morphime) it helped a little bit but i still felt like **** took it for about 5 weeks tapering down last. I could down to 4mg bid. So then I ran out and feel ok for several weeks on the thirf 3wks I started getting withdrawal syms. A friend of a few Suboxone 8 and gave me 3. I just took a quarter and all the syptoms (symptoms) just vanished,
Truely surprised to start wd at 3 wks. So Monday I went do the the ckinicexplained my problem and he wrote a rx for #10 Suboxone 8mg tabs. That is some strong stuff. When a quarter of a tablet 2mg and nake you feel well fro almost 24hs. So we're gona tabber down more the next time.

You know they also make Suboxone in 2mg tabs also, so you wouldnt need to break the 8mg tabs up, you could be a little more exact.

If you could get subutex they have the option of 2mg, 4mg, 8mg pills. Subutex is the buprenorphine without the naloxone.

Sounds like your doing fine, just thought Id let you know they come in one other option which is the 2mgs of suboxone, I have them right now, they look just like the 8mgs just tiny.

The suboxone suprise - I love that.  Unfortunately it's very very true.  Sub can be helpful or it can turn your world upside down!  I've heard the same as what Lifesaride said about tapering - it's also what I've been trying to do.  Take it for a few not take it for a few - suboxone has a long half life which is one of the reasons it can be so physically difficult to come off of.  3 weeks later seems like insanity to me - best of luck to you!! And - I also have 8 mg pills and only take about 2mgs day, I got a pill cutter so I could be more accurate.  That may help you as well.  Good luck to you again!
