The best way to relieve tramadol withdrawl(withdrawal)?

Going cold turkey off much tramadol abuse....up to 30 or more pills a day, plus percoset 60 pills a month, usually taken in 3 days though. I was down to 12 tramadol a day, but I relapsed on my taper down, so I am going cold turkey. Took my last 2 tramadol and 1 percoset an hour ago. I was already feeling withdrawl (withdrawal) symptons since last night and getting worse today: skin crawling, depression, shakes, sneezing, back pain, headaches, no diahhrea yet, some nausea, no appitite. I know this is going to get much worse.  I'm an alcoholic, sober for 18 months and do not want to turn to drinking to relieve the withdrawl (withdrawal). What are the best things I can do right now?
