This Time the taper is gonna work

Well my mom and I went to the doc which also happens to b a very good friend of ours and he put me on a taper with my mom controlling the meds and I am gonna make this work this time for good if not I already signed some papers my doc has that will pit me in detox because I want off of the pills bad and am willing to do whatever it takes to get that way come hell or highwater I will be clean I will have my life back and nothin or anyone is stoppin me anymore

Sounds like you have a good plan in place with your mom holding your meds.  Find some aftercare and give it all you got.....You can do this!!   sara

Yea i was goin ct but I just couldn't go thru the wds full out right now cause my dad really needs my help right now with the jobs we are doin andbi just couldn't help him at all today and I felt really bad cause my dad has parkansins and a few other problems and I can't just sit back and watch him hurt hiself because of this sobi decided to do a very small taper just to get me by enough to be able to work

didnt read the ct part....2 days in is close to over the pghysical wds for a 100 mg swallower/pill popper...u have perhaps 4-7 days to go...i was a 100 mg hydro user./..felt good day 4 and back to work day 5....tapering is not pain free...if the flu-like symptoms of physical wd scare u then aftercare is a must
Tapering works well for the disciplined///and usually these r peeps who r only physically addicted and in a pain situation...pills control us and controling sumpin that Controls us doing a taper is tough...if ur mom is like my mom/she will take control for u//picking a QUIT day and flushing needless pills is a good idea////i always cheated during a taper even if i handed my pills over to someone i trusted//i knew where to get more.///i hope u do not...if u do then cut this supply off....hopefully u r staying with ur mom right now cos she will need to watch u 24/7......ct for 2 days is awesonme////telling ur dr is awesome///if u and ur mom do a successful taper then that is awesome too!

what is ur daily dose plan?  like how many each day///and ur FINAL day?

sounds like u have a plan!  Abritt..a will to do this, a plan and lots of suport is all u need..if u want sumpin deep inside it will come to u...each of us here on earth are capable of doing anything we want cos our mind controls us...if our mind stayis in control we can conquer not only addiction but anything else we want in life!..when we r addicts we isolate and do not use the energy around us and within us...when we break free we can feel and think
life is short....glad u r joining the huyman race again....be sure u have no supply//ur mom doling out the pills is excellent for a taper...if u feel it hurts too bad and u wanna just get it over with//then go for it...most pill poppers r finsihed physical wds in a week or less unless they were shooting or snorting large quantities...hang tight...never let go of ur enthusiasm...it will take u a long way!  keep posting

Thanx for all the support I am only gonna take 3 percs a day instead of goin from like 5 or 6 down to however many because I still want to withdrawal a lil just to remind me of how bad this is and next week I'm goin to 2 and a half and so on until I'm done does that sound good or should I b starting with more a day?
