The longest I've ever gone before was 10. I still don't feel the need to use. I hope it stays that way. Thank you all for your support, in many ways. Tomorrow will be 28. That's four weeks! With the help of you good people, I expect to stay clean.

092693: I'm just anxious, I guess. It comes and goes. I am still keeping myself pretty much isolated, so it's probably a little easier for me than those who have to deal with people daily.

Congradualtions!! This is a huge acomplishment and I'm so very proud of you! Keep hanging in there and do be careful. I hit the 30 day mark and almost fell off of the wagon but thankfully some people here rescued me before I did anything stupid. Keep up the GREAT work!

I WILL stay clean. I don't mind dying, but not as a junkie. Which is what I've been.

this is so good to hear. setting a new record huh? one month is huge, but never let your guard down, addiction can sneak up on you quick. it sounds like you know what you need to do and you WILL stay clean. congrats again man. keep going, it gets better and better.
