What is the Thomas Diet I keep hearing about? Where can I find information on it. I keep running into a wall here for options to help me through w/d's. I'm so tired of having excuses to go back to the drugs.
I believe it is woeking for me. I am in day 4 and feeling better. Head is clearing, headache, chills, no motivation, getting better. Some may say it's just time clean, but I felt better after starting supplements. Just my opinion, but I believe it's worth a try.
