Thomas recipe while tapering off vics

Hi, I am new to this site...does anyone know how I can incorporate the Thomas recipe if I am tapering down my vics...I'm currently on about 6 to 7 10mg (norcos) per day.  When would I take the L-tyrosine and the supplement for example? I have done mini-detoxs (nothng for 24 hours), but that's about when I can't take it anymore. So,  I'm not ready for cold turkey.  Therefore, I want to taper down.  Can anyone give me any specific suggestions using the Thomas recipe?  Thanks so much!!!!

agree...i started the aminos at way too low of a dose as it is so many pills to reach the recommended dose!...after a while i knew sumpin had to give...i upped my doses/especially tyrosine and was religious with my 5htp..upped my workouts to increase endorphins  and got my rear end off the couch...bulk nutrition has the powdered forms and i mix it with EmergenC to this day every morning..i no longer do the 3 x a day dose as i did at the beginning....look into 5htp for depression, theanine for anxiety, phenylalnine for pain and energy..tyrosine for pure enrgy that is quickly felt/if u r highly anxious then large amounts of tyrosine are not good....cal/mag at night...read up on all of them and see how it works for u////i knoew the tyrosine worked well for me right a way which told me my deficiency was dopamine....do everything u can to get a head start...and put the ball in ur court

The section on supplements can be started right now. I would look in the Health Pages at the top right of page. Look for the amino acid post. Start out slow and build up. don't let the large doses scare you. Your body cannot utilize the smaller ones, hence larger and more frequent dosing helps you assimilate the vitamins and supps.
