Time for the heating Pad

Well it's already almost 80 outside, here I sit with a heating pad on my legs.. If anyone saw me they would think I am Nuts!! also wrap in and out of blankets...  Maybe I am nuts..lol..lol.. To keep putting myself through this.. You would think I would learn, But no!! My dad use to tell me, That I went to the school of hard knocks! I think he might of been right.. God I am tired and need some sleep!! Have not sleep in over 24hrs...UGH!!  I need just a few hours...

How many days off of the pills are you?  Sleep would certainly help you.  Can you get ahold of a lunesta or ambien?  Or how about tylenol simply sleep?  I feel awful for you, as i have been that no sleep route myself and it is the worst.  They say it wont kill us, but it sure doesn't make it easy to function.  Hang in there. today at 3pm will be day 3.. those sleep aids do not work for me.. wish they did. I have trouble sleeping anyways..

hopefully I will just drop into a coma!!lol.lol..

i can SO RELATE...i am going thru the same thing...i get the sweats and then the beads of sweat on my body get hit by the ceiling fan or whatever and sends me in a chill like i've never had before!!!  so if i can keep my body completely covered even if sweating that seems to help...and its in the 80's here too...if i could get rid of this sweating/chill factor i think i'd be just about home free!!!  Good luck and keep going strong girl...we CAN and WILL do this...

Lady......I have sleep issues also and I REALLY hope you are able to get some rest!! Lack of sleep sucks! Hang in there. You are doing great and I am assuming that (and I could be WAY off...LOL) you have a really great friend on here that is close in distance to you and so hopefully that really helps to have someone to chat with.

I have met some great people on here, but yes there is one that we have meet IRL, she pretty cool.. She not to close so we do not see alot of each other. If gas prices were better, and my Jeep didn't suck it down like water..lol.. BAD MPG I love it other than that. It my 3rd one....

Hi.  Try this.  I mistakenly bought menthol ice instead of icy hot.  I was looking for heat, but found a good mistake.

Rub menthol ice on legs, then drape tissue or papertowels and put socks or pantyhose on.  Also pantyhose are warm and will keep chills away.

The cold will pass, enjoy it while you can. I also was walking around in long underwear in 80+ degree temps.
Congrats on 3 clean days I promise it will srart to get better. find something to occupy your time and it will seem to pass a little faster thought I was nuts to, guess the neighbors still do. Ha!
