Tip Re Restless Legs

Hi, Not sure about everyone else but I know that for me the restless legs is one of the worst symptoms.  I told my doctor that I was struggling and he prescribed me Ropinirole tablets, one to take before bedtime.  I took one last night and, fingers crossed, it seemed to work.  Most of you are probably aware of this but for those who aren't, it might be worth a try.

I'm on day 9 from Oxycodone, and had an attack of RLS and restless spine today which was driving me crazy.  My doc prescribed me Clonidine (an old blood pressure med), and it usually helps  I suffer from chronic pain and took Gabapentin out of desperation, as well, and things calmed down,

I have horrible RLS. Nothing to do with my norco taper I'm doing right now.

I get pain in my legs and arms when it starts and the leg twitching and jumping is the worst.

Anyways I take one Ropinole wvery night before bed and is works great.  Keep using it as ling as you need to. It helps. It maks me tired so be cautious taking it in the day if you have to go someplace.

besides not being able to sleep mostly due to RLS, RLS is the worst lol I guess the two go hand in hand really. I have heard gabapentin helps as well. I get it so bad now that even get restless arms O.o It blows hard core, but it will all be over before you know it, and you are handling it right by finding alternative means to sooth the RLS and not opiates. Great share ty.

I'm glad you found something that worked. RLS was the worst for me too. Ropinirole is sold in the US as Requip. It was originally prescribed for Parkinson' Disease and then it was discovered that it works for RLS. Keep going forward. It will be over soon.
