Tired of useing

Hi everyone im on my first day off percocets 10. I was takeing 6-8 pills  a day im tired of being a slave to these pills and slowly comiting suicide any assistance you can help me with please do, I need all the support I can Get. thx in adv.

The rls is horrible. Hot hot baths with epsom salts help. Also.a heating pad. Live in the tub if you need to. I'm halfway thru day 2 in a big truck and would kill for a bath tub! I have gabapentin that helps with the rls. This is my second time thru this garbage. Health permitting, my last! Gatorade helps more than you can imagine. I've heard vitamin water revive helps too. I'm alternating the 2. Hang in there! It will get better!

The first few days (2-4) will be the worst. Then the symptoms decrease.


The hot baths are very good for the muscles - take as many as you need in a day.
Are you taking supplements?

I had to take a few days off from work - then returned on day # 5.

Well I got through my first night Rls is killing me, and the no sleep did'nt help either my back is killing me im a mess lol , Rosy and Gnarly thanx for the info and kind words ill keep you guys posted.

HI congrat wanting to take your life back  you use is up there with 8 a day but it is safe to detox off that amount as long as you dont have any health problems just remember it is 1/3 physical and 2/3 mental to do this drink plenty of fluids gatoraid is good it gives you electolights  also a hot bath will help most of the symptoms  thisreally helps with the crepy crawly feelings sleep will be hard to come by for a wile after you quit just hang in there and take cat naps when they come your way keep posting for support and remember it is only about 4 to 5 days that the physical part last then it is just a mind battle from there.....Gnarly

Congrats to you!! You are giving yourself the best gift ever.... Read the THOMAS recipe! It has tons of valuable information to help you through the detox!! Stay hydrated!! Lots and lots of liquids! Exercise! Get up and get moving, even when you don't feel like it! You CAN do this and you are not alone!! One choice at a time!!
