I left a post for you below, I haven't heard from in a while!

It's good that you new addication is at least what the body needs...FOOD!

I'm the same, like Tim. When I started quitting meds, I lost 20lbs!!!! - But I now I'm underweight, but my appetite is coming back to me, so I have gained 10 lbs back, but when I was on the drugs, I never lost weight, until I started to drop them.

At least your new addiction, is a lot more healthier than "Drugs"!!!!


Keep up the Good Job!!! - Don't be hard on yourself, I think anyone in here would trade food for drugs, on the flip of a dime!

Charles Gants Book END YOUR ADDICTION NOW it has the exact formulas to do this... I am almost done reading it.. you can get a used copy on Amazon or check your library..
