I got those damn blahs! What helped me was going back to my passions, one is music. I turned on that radio, did the dishes and rocked out, danced an all. alone of course, lol. but i just let it flow, let my love for what i love keep on lovin'. get back to your passion, find a hobby, challenge yourself. help someone in need. Life is out there, it is our job to grab it, i swear it becomes sweet again. slowly but surely.

part of it for me is my back still bothers me a little most of the time, its really tireing being in discomfort all day every day, otc pain relievers are ok but dont make me feel comfortable the way the opiates did.
