Tomorrow makes 90 days

Tomorrow will mark 90 days since I stopped taking tramadol, I can't even imagine how it would be if I was still on them.
I hope the ones that are starting this journey will stick it out. I can tell you that I'm a new person, even gained 50 unwanted pounds but I rather have 50 extra pounds than 1 pill.
I feel so much better, my sleeping is normal,  my eating is better and my attitude on life has changed for the best.
If you think you can't do this, I'm here to tell you that it is possible. Please stick with it.

you were and are an inspiration...im day 74 so just a couple weeks behind....i agree that life is totally different off tramadol.....I am so glad for my new life though i gained twenty pounds....I will take those anyday....I hope people read what we write and realize they can do it too and that the rewards of a clean life are better than anything they could imagine....it isnt easy all the time but it is far easier than living life out of a bottle....

Hey congrats do 90 days is a big mile stone  pick up your keytag at N/A I have a whole set and now a few coin medallions I keep one in my pocket all the time.....just keep doing what your doing  if it gets ruff step up the meetings and if you get a chance  please answer tramtraps post she is struggling at 14 days......Gnarly
