Took my last one half 40 hours ago.

The gabapentin has  been helping tremendously(yes I was prescribed it before but never took it). I'm still exhausted, no energy, and loose stools(can't take immodium, it makes me sick) and slight RLS. Well my whole body lol. Will it really get worse on day 3 and 4?? I was taking 7-8 and cut down to 4 in a week then took my last half 40 hours ago. Or is this the worst part?

Congratulations and welcome.  I too am impatient that it takes so long, I'm on day 20, but someone else on here shared that we have to give our bodies and our brains time to heal.  It ***** but it's true.  Hang in there, we are here for you.

Thaks everyone! Almost 48 hours now, I don't feel any worse just annoyed it takes so long to feel better lol!! I will taper off of the gabapentin, I only plan on taking it 5 days or see how I feel so I should be ok withdrawal wise for that. I take 2 every 3-4 hours mostly 4 hours except at night then 3. So I've taken 100mgs. Just pray for  me that the worst jokr

Good luck...you are me a cpl weeks ago. I go through and am still happily feeling brighter each day. Get some of that Emergen C vitamin powder to assist your body in the process. Ensure or whatever with extra calories if your small and extra protein regardless. You need strength to fight this.
Yeahhh YOU! :)

Congrats on 40 hrs!!! It might get worse for a bit until u hit a peak then completely start to feel better daily, physical symptoms usually lasting a week. Don't give up you've made it 40 hrs! U should be proud of yourself.
Drink lots of fluids n take the Thomas recipe, lots of hot baths, go for long walks, and no caffeine. Post ur symptoms daily we will try n help.

It's different for everyone but, yes it usually peaks at day 3-4 then gradually gets better. I take gabapentin too. Also prescribed. It really helped take the edge off. I increased my dosage thru the first week of detox then tapered back to my normal dose. The gabapentin will make you sleepy. Be careful with it too. You can't just stop. You have to taper off if you take it consistently.
