Trackers...helpful yes or no??

I have found the addiction tracker to be extremly helpful to me during this time.  How many others on here use it and it helps them?

I like going to my tracker at the end of the day and hitting the 0 in the box. I see where ive been and where i am now.  Now that my friend is PROGRESS!!!!!

In the next day or two the day counter will be out .That will be a nice addition

It feels good doesn't it.  I think this is the best way we can be accountable for our actions.  It makes me feel like I am finally taking responsibility for my addiction

[On a Clear Day...]

I started using the tracker last week, and am proud to say each day I could put in a big fat zero for useage! I think it is very helpful to have sort of an accountability partner, and to me, the tracker is mine. Good stuff
