Tramadol/DXM/Xanax Clonazepam-Klonopin

After more than a 10 year addiction to this synthetic opioid, and 15 years on the Benzodiapines I am determined to get my life back as a  drug free normal (Non- dependent) substance addict. Today is my first day on a detox program.
Got any answers to help through the widthdrawl period? I was using the DXM for the times I ran out of the tramadol
as a way to function... It's a trap! from high dosing producing a stange euphoria to a horrible high, then approximately 36 to 48 hours of seemingly normal mental state that is NOT the way to go.
