Tramadol-I'm back and looking for support

Hey There!

On Friday I decided to finally stop taking tramadol.  Its been prescribed to me for probably 7 years.  I've taken it as prescribed, abused, it, and taken it as prescribed, came off....all of it during that time.  I began weaning a couple weeks ago and left one pill for "emergencies".  I took my last dose last Thursday night and my emergency pill on Saturday.  It's been almost two days since my emergency pill and I feel pretty good.  Would love to hear some success stories and encouragement.  Physically I feel like I can "do " this.  Mentally I have weak moments and get sad/depressed.  Going to hit the gym tonight and maybe the sauna.  Love you all.

The sauna will help and so will going to the gym.  I also found sitting in the direct sun helped my mood tremendously.  Eating VERY healthy and keep taking the multivitamins!  Lots of water as well.  Kind of weird but, I found watching comedies helped alot, laughing actually made me feel physically and mentally better.  Keep pushing yourself and don't look back.

Its also recommended that you find some type of recovery program that works for you.  I use N/A, but there are lots of different programs out there.  Give them a try and find what you think will work for you.

Good luck to you!
