Tramadol Withdrawls....day 7

Holy crap tramadol *****.  I should've just tried to do what other said which is start at my usual dose for a week.  Then cut in half, and again etc.  Sadly I don't think I have the discipline for .that.  I'll just take like 10 instead of 4 or something.

First 4 days was horrible....way worse than I thought it would be.  It's better now except I'm having trouble sleeping...sleep about 2 hours a night then have to take an hour nap in the day....when I lay down to go to sleep feels like my heart beat raises about 20bpm and my anxiety goes through the roof.

Anyone else dealing with this stuff on day 7?

for some bizarre reason, i could not become addicted to tramadol. but i managed to get hooked on everything else. i assume it's pretty much the same as meth or oxys as far as withdrawals go. so you probably need the (saint) thomas recipe and there's something you can get for restless legs etc. look on the health pages. sleep is just going to come when it comes unless you want to add more med into the mix. i have found that benzos help me sleep, but they keep me sick in my mind. any mood or mind altering substances keep me sick in my mind, just making me crave and be miserable longer. keep posting. day 7 is great! you should be proud and start looking ahead. make 2 lists. one of short term goals. one of long term goals. when you start wanting something other than relief through pills you may surprise yourself. keep posting! peace, sway
