i never knew those types of rehabs existed, where you could bring your baby with you. What a great suggestion!
Unfortunately they may very well take your baby. I was in rehab in Nov. And there were a couple moms that were there because their baby tested positive at birth. But there are rehabs that you can go to with your baby right from the hospital. That's probably a good option for you. It can be paid for by the state too, if you don't have the money for a rehab. Good luck!
I've read your other posts and see you've been taking Percocet, Opana, Morphine, etc..during your pregnancy. You say you take seven pills per day. You say you are an addict.
I'm not certain the baby will be fine. Also, in my state, urine is routinely checked at the time you're admitted to have the baby.
I would be best to talk with your OB as soon as possible. Good luck.
Please let the doctor know, that way there wont be any surprises. They need to know this for the babies sake. Please let us know how you are doing. sara
hun if you have been using during your pregnancy your baby will be addicted too. it will go through withdrawal when it is born. the hospital needs to be prepared to deal with that, for the safety of the baby.
i am quite sure they test the cord blood and the meconium.
how far apart are your contractions?
I am but do u kno bout the tramadol
hey honey, i read your other posts. i know you are scared right now.it would be best if you told your doctor as soon as you got to the hospital.so if your baby goes into withdrawals they will be ready to help.
do you have any prescriptions?
hun please get yourself into some therapy so you can work through the emotional pain that you have from your childhoold.
self-medicating isnt the answer.
i am praying for you and sending big hugs
