Trembling

I've been feeling as if my whole body is shaking inside and my hands are a bit shaky...I've taken all my meds as usual and took the sub which I did cut back on as soon as I felt like this...Could it be from the cut back?

I have had that shaking, like a day long panic attack is how I describe it.   I have had those years back, before getting treated for panic disorder and it has never surfaced again like this til I started this massive taper.    

My psych gave me extra xanax to take for one month under his supervision.    I have taken it for 15 years for panic/agora and it has helped.    I hate taking xanax though  more than just at bed time because it makes me so tired and I do hate the tired feeling.  

Right now though, I will take tired over the terrible anxiety I was having............

The anxiety, according to my dr, should subside in about 4 weeks into being clean but he said it can come out of the blue for years.  

This is how he described it....................it is like having a glass of milk................you drink the milk and it is gone but you have all that residue left in the glass.  Well, it is the same with opiates.............you might stop taking them, but being "clean" takes a long time because of all the residue left in all your cells and organs..............  

Kind of paints a clearer picture of what is going on in our bodies.

I atually felt much better just taking that lil bit and watched a movie w/my b/f one looooong movie Zodiac I guess it was good, but long anywho...I am getting some THANKS...And just woke up a bit ago and feel the shakes agian so it's ovioulsy the cut back, mbut i'm going to try to hold out on the sub for at least a hr...

How are you feeling now???  Any better?? I am about to go to bed I have to work early tommorrow but let me know if I can do anything...  do you need some clonidine?? Bettie has some and said she can send it if you need it... I think I have a few too so let us know... its a anti hypertensive that helps lighten the symptoms of withdrawals..

I took a quater of a peach one...My friend that gets then is probably all messed up agian and i can't getahold of her for the clonidine...

I'll try the tea...I've felt like this almost all day shower tanning you name it, I was getting anxiety B4 i went tanning, but thats normal I get clostiphobic...

hmm...it could be from the cut back... try to relax maybe a hot shower or bath,... maybe some tea??  Or just post till you start to feel better... it could be your body craving more.. but don't listen..

You said you cut back as soon as you felt like this... do you mean you felt like this after you took your dose or before??

i had major anxiety (which is now controlled by zoloft) when I got off the sub.
