Trying to quit smoking

Trying to quit smoking

I'm wanting to quit smoking, need some help on how to do this.  I am not the norm smoker.  I can go hours without having one as long as I am not at home.  While at home I go outside to do it because I have kids.  Never smoke in the car or at restaurants. Only at home in the back yard.  Can't seem to stop it though.  Any help!

I quit with the patches and wellbutuin. It's been 2 yrs now. But yoyu have to decide that no matter what...no smoking...and don't stay on the patches long either... just long enough to get out of the habit of smoking. Im really a quitter first heroin, then methadone, then cocaine, a lastly cigs. Now I quit quitting!

Having smoked all my life I quit 1 month before I was diagnosed with lung cancer. I lucked out and have been cancer free for 3 years. I am 62. I started smoking again. It was going to be just one for old times sake. I can hardly do anything without wheezing terribly. I have tried everything to quit again but have been unsuccsessful. I have grandchildren and I really dont want to die but am still killing myself.
I just thought someone might know something that I dont.
