Then you have 30mgs codeine and 300 tylenol in each tylenol 3..
If your taking 10 tylenol that is 5000mg of that there, then an additional 1500 from the tylenol 3s, that totals 6500mg of Acetaminophen (tylenol) right there, PLUS 150mg of codeine all at one time.
You may have been lucky this far but that is allot to take at once, tylenol or codeine..Very dangerous. And I am highly addicted to vicodin, struggling very hard to come off but I would never take that much at one time. Your tolerance muct be extremely high or like I said you have been very lucky this far.
Once you start upping doses for the high, yes you are addicted.
Please discontinue using this in such high doses. We all are here if you need any help at all.
Good Luck
Your liver is on your right side below rib cage.
My best advice would be to not take anymore at all. But if you know in your heart you can responsibly take them, than taking as needed is not a problem. But from what has happened already, if you do continue on them it is possible you get to the point of not being able to stop. Like where I am right now.
I would drink lots of fluids for now, water specially. And do not take anymore if you do not need them. Sweating and being hot is a side affect also I get with the vocodin. I sweat more but if it is exccesive and you feel out of it, or trouble breathing etc. get medical attnetion right away.
OVERDOSE
Acetaminophen
Signs and Symptoms: In acute acetaminophen overdosage, dose-dependent, potentially fatal hepatic necrosis is the most serious adverse effect. Renal tubular necrosis, hypoglycemic coma, and thrombocytopenia may also occur.
In adults, hepatic toxicity has rarely been reported with acute overdoses of less than 10 grams and fatalities with less than 15 grams. Importantly, young children seem to be more resistant than adults to the hepatotoxic effect of an acetaminophen overdose. Despite this, the measures outlined below should be initiated in any adult or child suspected of having ingested an acetaminophen overdose.
Early Symptoms Following a Potentially Hepatotoxic Overdose May Include: Nausea, vomiting, diaphoresis, and general malaise. Clinical and laboratory evidence of hepatic toxicity may not be apparent until 48 to 72 hours post-ingestion.
Treatment: The stomach should be emptied promptly by lavage or by induction of emesis with syrup of ipecac. Patients' estimates of the quantity of a drug ingested are notoriously unreliable. Therefore, if an acetaminophen overdose is suspected, a serum acetaminophen assay should be obtained as early as possible, but no sooner than four hours following ingestion. Liver function studies should be obtained initially and repeated at 24-hour intervals.
The antidote, N-acetylcysteine, should be administered as early as possible, preferably within 16 hours of the overdose ingestion for optimal results, but in any case, within 24 hours. Following recovery, there are no residual, structural or functional hepatic abnormalities.
Codeine
Signs and Symptoms: Serious overdose with codeine is characterized by respiratory depression (a decrease in respiratory rate and/or tidal volume, Cheyne-Stokes respiration, cyanosis), extreme somnolence progressing to stupor or coma, skeletal muscle flaccidity, cold and clammy skin, and sometimes bradycardia and hypotension. In severe overdosage, apnea, circulatory collapse, cardiac arrest, and death may occur. Toxicity from codeine poisoning includes the opiod triad of: pinpoint pupils, depression of respiration, and loss of consciousness. Convulsions may occur.
Now I have a friend whom I found clearly overdosed 2 summers ago. She was very bluish gray in the face, saliva pouring from her mouth and very very non-respondent.
Also extremely sweaty. I called 911 and they got her in time however had I not have shown up when I did she would not be here now. I found her lying on her living room floor and she would respond slightly and fade back out. But above are symptoms that are stated per the medications and type of overdose. My friend at the time had high levels of vicodin as well as another pain killer.

I have to say I am shocked that your mother has not acted on this. If my child were doing this and I knew about it, that would definately not be happeneing again. There would be no more access to the drugs and in a treatment facility. I know all too well from my own personal addiction and definitely would want my children to stop b4 I would be attending an early much too early funeral.
Please stop taking these and seek help. If nothing else, stay here post as much as you can and we will try to help you through. If you think that you do not have a problem now, trust me hun you will and it will end up fatal. All of us here know how this all works, and your much too young for this. You have a whole life ahead of you, why risk it for a few highs that may end up being your last breath ever.
Your not alone, remember that. I must get to bed though it is 4am here, but please post if you need to I will check again in the morning.
:)
You did the right thing by posting. :)
