Tyrosine

Hi there,

I just came across your chatroom discussing a recipe using tyrosine to lessen the withdrawl symptoms of opiads.  I severed my achilles a year and a half ago, and have been trying unsuccessfully to shut them down since my surgery.  I have spoken to people who have gone the methodone route and it sounds worse than my current situation.
Ironically I work in a supplement store, so I would super appreciate someone passing along the tyrosine recipe by Serge whom everyone is encouraging to write a book.  Your suggestions would be much appreciated.  Thanks.

I have been trying the L-tyrosine and it goes get me up in the morning, take a look at thomas recpie or amino acid recpie

You can find the Thomas recipe and amino acid protocol at the bottom right of this page.  There are also many sites that suggest good foods to eat during detox as well.  Simply google "foods to eat during opiate detox" and you will find them.  I hope this helps.
