ULTRAM Withdrawal- Please HELP

Hello, I took Ultram for 2 months only and quit abruptly cuz I just flat didnt like it. HORRID withdrawals..... Made it to day 15 and gave in, because of horrid anxiety upon lying down. I took 2, 50 MG tablets yesterday and one today. My question is- Does this reverse all the hell I went through? Is it gonna happen again- or can I just pick up where I left off? i cannot believe I gave in, because I dont like the drug at all. i hate it- always have. but it took away the anxiety from the withdrawal. I need HOPE. please someone help.

Taper off the ultram, and do it religiously, less and less every day, never more.  And use relaxation techniques, such as 'just breathing' calmly and slowly, concentrating on listening to soothing music, or giving your full attention to some relaxing activity like reading or seeing a movie or taking a bath.  You can try meditating or prayer if that would help.  Continue to use these techniques for at least a month, even after you are off ultram.  I hope this is helpful!

I was just prescribed clonidine and phenobarbital yesterday for my vicodin withdrawals, (anxiety) and it really has helped.  Go talk to your Dr. don't be embarrassed.  I doubt that taking it twice will reverse all you have done.  But don't do it anymore or you will be right back where you started and have to do it all over again, be strong!!!!
