Thanks. If anyone else wants to try my method here it is. I would take 5mg of codone a day 8x a day for about a year. When I quit taking them I tapered with this methadone schedule. Everyone is different so maybe it was willpower.
Friday 10mg
Saturday 6mg
Sunday 6mg
Monday 3mg
Tuesday 3mg
Wed 2mg
Thursday 1mg. I also drank gatorade ate IB profin,multi vitamin and worked out. You are not 100 percent but I was able to function. I am now past 48 hours since anything and almost 96 since I took my last methadone. Symptons are hot flashes, little trouble sleeping, boredome, lack of motivation.

congrats, you are the perfect example of how methdone should be used for kicking. you took just enough but not too much were you would end up addicted to the methadone.
I still do not feel normal but I am lucky to be painfree and somewhat comfortable. They need to invent something non-narcotic that helps b/c I know tramadol and ultram can get you addicted.
Everybody is different. You're lucky you aren't having a bad time. The exercise is releasing natural endorphins. That;s why youfeel so good. Keep it up, that really helps.
