Just an update on how I'm doing.
The withdrawal was horrible for two days, then more tolerable for a couple after that.  I used the Thomas recipe and it seemed to help a lot.  My only problem now is that I am horribly constipated.  I started Miralax today because I've heard wonderful things about it.  Does anyone have any advice, however, on what I can take that might be a bit faster-acting?

I've had issues with constipation on and off my whole life, so that may be why I was having issues.  I used the Miralax for several days, but ended up having to use a suppository, which worked.

i heard good things about miralax also...i take surfax..how long have you been off?? odd that you are constipated, i thought it was the other way around...But i don't know which is worst....
