Valium too sleep

I was just offered ten 10mg blue valium from someone who simpithises with my situation. But is it worth trying to use to sleep to trade for possibly another addiction? Do I even want to go down that road? The Thomas recipe reccomends it, anyone else's opion on the Valium.

If you are having trouble sleeping, like I was. ABSOLUTELY. Even if you have an anxious moment you can take a quarter of it. I had to use Valium to finally get some sleep after ging on 4 days without a wink. I had tried EVERYTHING!
I bless the friend that gave me that Valium.

Just remember that YOU have an addiction problem, only take what you need. Then be done with it when w/d's are over.
