you are very lovable and I would be careful with valuim as it is very addicting although I have heard it dose help with withdraw, sleep and the shakes, anxiety. Some-one will come on that could give you better advice, good loving vibes are being sent to you,,,,,, Limbo

You should only use it for 5-7 days max..and that is while you are detoxing...what day are you ON???..sorry..i can't remember...

Also, it is helpful if you cut your supply off. Calling the pharmacy, Doctor, friends, whoever and say, hey no more will also help you succeed this time.
