Vicodin Withdrawal

Hi my name is Mark. I'v been taking 4 or 5 7.5 mg of vicodin or vicoprofen 2 or 3 times a week for 8 months now. This past week I took 5 for 3 days in a row. I stopped and now I'm getting panic attacks, sweats and insomnia big time. I take some lorazepam to help take the edge off but I'm wondering about how long I have to go through this?

I'm not sure how long everyones diffrent I just relapsed and my w/d's aren't as bad this time, but I also was on oxy's...Can you get clonidine? When you go c/t you're blood pressure shoots up and thats why you're hot/cold...I'm also going to see if my dr (who has no clue yet) will temp bump up my clonipin dose...I'm on my 3rd day and the anxiety is insane and I have pills....

I stopped on the 8th. So this is my second day.I guess I'm a bit naive because I didn't think I was taking all that much for that long of a time. These panic attacks are bad but the lorazepam seems to help. I haven't told my doctor yet but I'l find out about this clonidine.

It will only get easier just try and take alot of baths/showers and there is a list called the thomas recipe some people use that includes alot of vitimians..
