Vicodin withdrawls and no sleep

I am coming up on my 4th day (96 hrs) since the last 2 Norco I have taken.  I had some runs, my body is shakey (shaky) but not sore,  I have heavy anxiety, and I have only slept for about 20 to 45 mins fri, sat, and sunday night.  Those minutes only came in waves of 5 min here and 15 min max there.  Complete torture.  When should I expect this to end?  I can't nap and I feel totally un normal in the head.  I can barely type this and was also wondering when I will feel normal again?  I have been taking 3-4 norco a day for 8yrs.  I would occasionally ween down to 1-2 and then work my way back up to 3-4  Thanks

Sleep is one of the last things that come back....maybe a few weeks. But you should see some improvement soon. Have you tried anything otc? Melatonin....benadryl???? It is horrible not to sleep. I have had insomnia almost all my life and when I dont sleep well it makes me feel physically sick. I hope it gets better for you soon.
