Vitamins and pain!

OK, I am shaking like a leaf this morning,with all over body pain and haven't even started a taper. My last dose was at 4pm last night.  2 pills of 7.5mg percocets.  I took them for a migraine which in fact did break and now just have a pounding headache and feel stupid, but that is normal.

I would appreciate any input on the vitamins and amino's.  I have just started Wellbutrin SR for 1 week, so I read that I can't take some of them, but I made a list of what I probably can take and am going to buy before work today so that I can make this bearable.

P.S. Only going to take 4 tabs today and stick to it!

1.  B- Complex 100mg (what type of B-2, B-12)

2.  Multi-vitamin in am

3. L-Glutamine 1000 mg three times a day

4.  L-Taurine 1000mg three times a day

5.  Sam E- 200-400mg a day

6.  Vitamin C 1000mg every 3 hours

7.  Calcium and Magnesium 1000mg at night

ok, i know worried can advise about it or some others here much better than me...

but have you read this thread i've just bumped up about aminos and exercise from worried ?

because there are some tips for these first  days of wds and maybe for the first 3 days you'd better stick just with magnesium+calcium pothasium (  lots of bananas )  lots of hot baths, ...antioxidants like green tea, lot of gatorades, immodium, something for anxiety, and  stuff for rls ( hylands , i think it's called but i'm not sure...) and start with the vitamins 3/4 days..

I agree w/laruel 453.  Get the mag, calcium and potassium in for sure the first few days.  The baths will help sooo much.  Stick with the limit you have set on your pain pills and don't take any more.  continue weaning.  Remember that as you decrease the level of pain med in your body, your brain tricks you into thinking you are in more pain than you really are.  It won't be this bad forever, just keep moving ahead, one more day.  Soon enough you'll be done, and be ready and excited to start living!!  Post often, we're here to help you.

i dont know much about drugs, but my mother actually was taking wellbutrin, when she od'd and passed away from it. she had a history of epilepsy and too many wellbutrin caused her to have a sesuire and die, she did this intentionally of course, but regardless be carefull.

wellbutrin is an AD that helps with dopamine relpacement...used for qutting nicotine and also used for narcotic addiction as well as people who have the lethargic type of depression...never heard of anyone overdosing from a prescribed dose of wellbutrin...5htp is a seratonin enhancer and it helps alot/should not interfere with WB,..if u r feeling anxious right now, then i would start off at a low dose of WB as it can aggravate that and it does interfere with sleep for some....often used for the fatigue that follows detox for energy and motivation/also to help cravings.....tyrosine at 2-3000 mg a day helped me the most along with phenylalnine 2-3000 mg a day... for depression/motivation and energy....5htp i took 3 x a day/100 mgs and now i take it at night only as it makes me sleepy...calcium and 800 mg of magnesium will also help sleep and rls....theanine helps calm u but also with an energy ping to it as well..real green t from the oriental market helps and is full of theanine..i also take valerian root when i need it for sleep/smell it/if it smells strong/it is good stuff..i took methionone instead of SAMe as i couldnt afford the SAMe at the time

I did try wellbutrin and felt great after just a week...energy/motivated and at 150 mgs....then 2 weeks in i had sleep probs..so i went to 75 mgs...still did so i had to stop it;;;i wasnt tired really just hated not sleeping most of the night and having to work..i should have tried to wait it out as it is a good drug for addicts...no weight loss- infact it can help u lose weight....also no sexual probelems caused from it

if u cant afford one in ur list i would kick out the taurine..good amino but someothers are more important right now...have u tried tyrosine?
