WHERE

Did all of my friends go on vacation at the same time?  Just wondering?  I have 20 days clean so far from oxy.. Staring to feel some better but can anyone tell me how much longer until I get some strength back?  While on the pain meds. I was superwoman now I am like totally drained.

Time flies when your having fun huh? lol. Congrats on 3 weeks now, so close to that big month milestone. The energy is one of the last things to return but hang in there, your well on your way now. Force yourself to go for a walk or any type of exercise, it does help. Take the good days with the bad and keep pushing forward. You were a long time user and it will take some time to adjust and heal, your doing great.

For me 3 weeks was a rough time...over the tough physical part of a week or so...but also over the good feeling of being over the tough physical part...but, like you said above, still low in energy and not feeling near as good as we expected to.  I am on 60 days today and I can tell you from 20 days to now the improvement is much slower than the first couple of weeks. You might not feel improvement from day to day, but you will feel it from week to week. Just hang in there and you will see.

Congrats on getting clean!!!! Thats fantastic.  I try and consume my life with things that I did not do while taking meds.  EXercise!!!!  IT feels liek a ton of bricks at first but once your done you just feel like youre ontop of the world.  Its a whole nother high.  One day at a time...you can do this....

Awesome on your 20 days!!!! : )

The energy thing, hmmm.....that can be pretty up and down for a LONG time hon.  It's different for everyone and I'm not sure I'll EVER get the energy I had before I started on Fentanyl.  I'm grateful for the energy I DO have, and it seems to come in spurts.
