Well made to 90 days

Well guys Tom is 90 days for me it's crazy I made it so far some days are better then others but I'm hanging in there learning how to live with out pills to help me Throu my days I'm happy I made this choice to quit before it got out of hands for everyone just starting there journey of quitting u can do this it's tough but worth it

HEY congrats 90 days is a big milestone....its where many say the brain strarts to work on its own again its also enough time to figure out how to do this and have your aftercare start doing some good if your not involved with aftercare get plugged in it will make this a lot ezer for you simply detoxing makes you a dry addict we need to change the very ways our brain works to overcome this you got some clean time worth protecting become pro/active in it....I wish you all the best in your recovery good luck and God bless......Gnarly

Hey girl u can do this I feel u this is the hardest thing iv done too can't Belive I'm at 90 days n it's still hard I don't really crave the pills it's just trying to learn how to just be happy again with out them

I had a bad day 4....I cannot wait to post 90 days. I just have to believe I can do it right??? You should be sooooo proud, this is the hardest thing I have ever done, and I am pretty tough! lol
