What I did

Was on norco for 1 year. I have hep c so norco is bad for your liver. My pain management doctor changed me to present. Better for my liver. But after 3 months I needed more per day because they stopped working at minimum dose. I decided to just start dosing down but that was hard also. I ended up throwing them out and just detoxing off them with clonidine. Took me a week too start feeling better. I am on week 3 and not taking anything. I crave to feel good again and pain free but I don't want to get hooked again. I have cesarean back pain. ***** mostly at work I feel tired still. No more narcotic for me. Withdraw s are awful. What's a safe pain medication non narcotic for hep c liver health?

Feeling tired is par for the course, totally normal ... it may take some time before that goes away.  But you should start to feel a little bit better every day.  Idk much about hep c meds sorry
.. good for you being strong and doing this.  Be patient with yourself and keep going forward!!

Congrats on getting off the pain meds!! Your pain may be increased right now due to rebound pain but it should get better the longer you go.  This is always a time thing.  I would discuss some non narcotic pain meds with your doctor due to your hep c.  Keep us posted on how you are doing~
