I read that there is alot of vit/min that help to get the enorphines,gabba and serintoin back up and the dopamine back from its surges do to drug use...Exercise is the big key...but you can bulid the brain by taking some of these too...L-Theanine, b-6 b-12 ,passion flower, Ashwagandha..That was too much for me to get sooo I just got all the L-s (a-v) compunded..It will says Protien on the front...Also some one here said the Rhodiola..I use this and many more and it is helping alot...Magnz is the best....Also the brain needs alot of water...
