What are you Thoughts?

Hi everyone ~ I am still here and still tapering.  I have a confession last night I went to a concert and it was a Huge Trigger point for me.  I did take one extra pill and today I am back on track and holding at 7.5 mg.  I hope last night does not set me back to much.  I really want to be done real sooooon.  I have been on the forums for less than a month and I feel like I have came along way.

I want to Thank each and everyone one of your for you're on going support... And one special someone you deserve a GREAT BIG ((((((((((HUG)))))))))  you know who you are!

Hi there...at least you've identified one of your triggers!! I don't think 1 extra pill is going to set you back that much. You've said you're right back on track already,which is great!! Stay strong and keep on track. you can do this!!!!

Just stay on track now. Pay close attention to the things that trigger you.  Concerts are out now for awhile right?!!

Yes ma'am... The bf had planned this for a while and I could not fake the flu.  Ha I will tell him no more concerts for a while I am getting to old... lol
